Recently, the Government has launched many schemes such as ‘Start-up India’, ‘Make in India’, etc to enhance the entrepreneurship and employment rate in India. In the olden times, a small-scale industry was equivalent to a Start-up. It provided an opportunity of earning a living to a considerable amount of people. Keeping this ideology in mind, PECT took a step forward in improving the way of living of the rural people through employment opportunities. PECT conducts seminars and training sessions on Handicraft, increase in efficiency of work, and guidelines of working, etc. It also conducts workshops for the training of handicrafts with the help of PECT volunteers.
